We give an indicative range at concept stage and a fixed price once documentation is complete — and we will tell you early if your brief and budget are not going to meet.

Both. We build on client-owned land and we also develop and release allotments. If you are still looking, we are happy to review a block before you buy — that review has talked plenty of clients out of a bad purchase.

A single-storey custom home typically runs [DURATION] months from site start to handover, with design and approvals ahead of that. You get a written programme before work begins and weekly progress against it during construction.

Nothing proceeds without a written, priced variation you have approved. That is true whether the change is yours or ours — including anything unexpected uncovered on site.
