A small builder that answers the phone.
Jash1 Homes is a South Australian building and land development company. We take on a limited number of projects at a time — enough to keep a good team busy, few enough that the person who quotes your job is the person running it.
Every home is different, and every block has an opinion about what should go on it. So we start with the land: what it will carry, how it sits to the sun, what it will cost to service. The plan comes second, and it comes out better for it.
Quality products, standards written into the contract, and a programme you can hold us to. That is the whole pitch.
